Jack in the Box Pulls Toys From Their Kid Meals
What the hell Jack in the Box?!?!?! You let me down…
Jack in the Box will no longer include toys in its kid’s meals because somehow California has turned into The People’s Republic of California!!!!
A spokesman explains the move comes from pressure from new ordinances in several People’s Republic of California towns, which will require that kid’s meals meet certain nutritional standards in order to be allowed to include free kid’s meals. Jack in the Box reveals a new option to swap out the fries in kid’s combos for apple slices. Jack in the Box has said that their decision was not related.
Children’s nutrion advocates praised (aka blowhards who have nothing better to do but sit around and think of stupid crap in the sake of children’s safety. Smell that? Smells like bullshit.) the move as a step towards “less manipulative” marketing at fast food chains. They noted that they hope that the decision would encourage Jack in the Box’s competitors to remove toys from their kid’s meals as well.
Meanwhile, McDonald’s has been busy promoting June as Pokemon month, and is including figurines from the Black/White series in its Happy Meals. A McDonald’s spokesperson declined to comment specifically on Jack in the Box’s decision, just that, “we continue to focus on our customers and our business.”
McDonald’s you have made me proud. While The People’s Republic of California continues its campaign to destroy children’s laugher, happy meal toys and puppy dogs…McDonald’s keep strong and continue selling those Pokemon toys!!!!
Pokewhores, Making Pokemon Interesting For All
People love Pokebra’s and they love Pokemon. I want to thank everyone who sent me (only what I can call) Pokewhore pictures. Dressing up like Pokemon is apparently a big thing at comic conventions, where many of these girls are going. And what I realize is all these girls are amazingly hot. I need to start attending some comic covententions so I can catch my own Pokewhore…gotta catch em’ all, or at least just one for the evening.
It’s not only Pokemon characters that these hot girls dress up as, it’s almost Pokemon Trainers. I got a couple pictures of Misty’s. How about that other girl? I don’t remember her name. The one in the pink shirt and white beanie.
This picture of Mew…uh…wow. My favorite. I have a new fantasy. Forget the school girl one…now it’s a Mew fantasy.
